Tea Time Tuesday

Welcome friends to my 28th Tea Time Tuesday!

This post I'm sharing today has been pre-posted because my son and his family are home. I regret I am not able to add your links because I am away from the computer. I am however linking with my sister tea hostesses today and I will try to visit as many of you as possible.

I have decided to share the rest of my cream and sugar sets today. I had shared a few sets a number of tea posts back.

First up, is an orphaned creamer with peachy-pink flowers on it. There are no markings but I do know it is Ironstone.
The next set is a pattern called Country Rose made of fine porcelain by Skye McGhie. I love the peachy-pink roses and all the accents of gold on them. How good the rhubarb jam looks next to the set!The little jam jar is also a pattern by Skye McGhie. Since I'm sharing some pieces by Skye McGhie I decided to share this little teacup as well. It is the same pattern as the jam jar and is called Cream Lace. I love this pattern with the cut-outs.

Another set by Skye McGhie and as anyone who has been following my blog knows, I adore toile; especially red toile! A very romantic pattern.

The next set is called White Basics which is made of porcelain and produced by Maxwell and Williams. Not crazy about the sugar bowl but the little creamer, I find very cute.

The last set, I love, because it is red transferware and it matches several of my teapots. There are no markings but I suspect it was made in England or posibly China. So, there you have it. I have fun with my tea sets and I hope you do too.

"If you are cold, tea will warm you. If you are too heated, it will cool you. If you are depressed, it will cheer you. If you are excited, it will calm you." ~ William Gladstone 1865

Thank you for stopping by for tea today. I hope you enjoyed your visit here and I do hope you will visit the other tea parties listed below. As I mentioned above, I am not able to add your links this week but I will try to visit you all as I am able.

Happiness is sharing tea with a friend.
